Lasalgaon runs Asia's largest onion mandi. We buy graded lots off the floor and direct from cultivator groups across Pimpalgaon, Yeola and Chandwad, then re-grade in our own shed before packing — so what leaves is a single diameter band, not a mixed lot.

Gholwad chikoo carries a Geographical Indication — the coastal sandy-loam belt north of Mumbai produces the Kalipatti cultivar buyers actually ask for by name. We work with orchard families on fixed harvest windows, and divert second-flush fruit into slices and powder instead of dumping it.
